- Safety First: Champion lab safety compliance by conducting regular inspections and meetings, fostering a safe and secure work environment.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering with 5-10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven expertise in materials engineering with a deep understanding of metallurgical concepts and equipment.
- Stellar organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines with ease.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with various levels within the company and external contacts.
- The ability to craft clear and concise written and oral communication, tailoring information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems and drive innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems and industry quality standards.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills to inspire and guide your team.
