Responsibilities

  • Independent construction management of complex construction projects in civil engineering, including our long-standing client Deutsche Bahn AG
  • Implementation of technical, contractual, and economic requirements, as well as responsibility for cost, quality, and schedule management of the construction project
  • Management and planning of personnel, equipment, and machinery
  • Negotiations with clients, authorities, planning participants, and subcontractors
  • Handling of contract changes with subcontractors and client representatives (comparison of contractual foundations, authorization, economic evaluation)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in civil engineering
  • Professional experience as a construction manager in civil engineering preferred
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of RIB iTWO is advantageous
  • Readiness to travel and work, as well as a dedicated work ethic
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and communication abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of responsibility, and initiative
