Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will assist in various tasks related to Cannabis crop cultivation, and general farm maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a passion for working outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment
- Operate power tools and machinery as needed
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Irrigate fields and maintain proper moisture levels for optimal plant growth
- Assist with the care and maintenance of gardens and greenhouse areas
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques is beneficial
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Assist in the implementation of cultivation plans and techniques to optimize plant growth Maintain systems, greenhouse equipment, and other farming tools
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:
- Buckfield, ME 04220: Relocate before starting work (required)
