- Developing and optimizing system technology for joining systems, particularly in the area of drive design for servo controllers and motors
- Creating and conducting simulations for the design and optimization of servo drives
- Performing risk analyses for functional safety and managing safety technology components related to joining systems
- Initiating the production of test setups and organizing and conducting prototype tests
- Analyzing test results, identifying improvement measures, and implementing them
- Participating in the introduction of new servo drives and accessories in production, including training production personnel
- Optimizing existing joining systems by analyzing issues at customer sites or in production and implementing appropriate solutions
Your profile at Hillcrest
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field
- Strong knowledge and experience in drive design for servo controllers and motors, as well as conducting simulations
- Experience in performing risk analyses for functional safety and working with safety technology components
- Practical experience in organizing and conducting prototype tests and analyzing test results
- Teamwork, communication skills, and a structured work approach
