Job Summary:

The Assistant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating security operations within the company.

This multifaceted position involves supervising security personnel, ensuring adherence to security protocols, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the formulation and implementation of security policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Support Operations Manager: Collaborate in planning, directing, and orchestrating the company's security operations.
  • Supervise Security Personnel: Exercise oversight over security staff's daily activities, encompassing shift scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
  • Incident Management: Take charge of responding to security incidents and emergencies, furnishing guidance and assistance to security personnel while ensuring meticulous incident documentation and reporting.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections and audits to uphold compliance with security policies and procedures, proactively identifying and rectifying any shortcomings.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate the organization and execution of training programs for security personnel, ensuring their proficiency in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Client Relations:

  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their security requirements, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficacy.
