About Us
The SI Group is a global leader in supplying additives for the plastics and foam industries. At our Waldkraiburg location, we produce light stabilizers and antioxidants in a fully continuous 4-shift operation. Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing in compliance with tax and social security regulations, in collaboration with external partners. Serve as the main point of contact for management and employees regarding all payroll-related matters. Maintain and update employee data in various HR programs. Handle reporting and communication with authorities, agencies, and health insurance providers. Coordinate with accounting and prepare reports, including year-end activities (e.g. occupational accident insurance, disability levy). Manage internal insurance policies and serve as the main point of contact for employees and brokers (e.g. company pension, accident insurance, company health insurance). Contribute to HR projects. Requirements include a commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with additional training in HR.

Experience with payroll processing and good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law, as well as familiarity with collective bargaining agreements, preferably in the chemical industry.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Willingness to learn new IT systems and establish new processes. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a team player. Good command of German and English. Professional and discreet handling of sensitive data is essential.
