We are looking for an organized, detailed, compassionate, and highly flexible person in this part-time hybrid position to be responsible for the day to day administration of our advancement donor database.

You'll Get To:
- Manage data in donor database to ensure record accuracy
- Generate donor acknowledgement letters and gift receipts for cash and inkind contributions within a timely manner
- Maximize the use of the donor database by identifying and implementing best practices to most effectively manage all data
- Produce weekly gift and pledge reports for Advancement and Leadership team analysis
- Create queries, exports and customized reports for development and marketing purposes
- Develop and deliver ongoing stewardship reports to facilitate a donorcentered approach to enhance retention and upgrades
- Track, measure, and monitor donor giving
- Develop and deliver a system for revenue tracking, reporting, and forecasting which supports informed strategic decision making
- Undertakes projects, as required, and performs other related job duties, as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate ability to people and project management.
- 3 years of database administration experience.
- Thorough understanding of nonprofit development
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as effectively within a team. Must be able to work well with colleagues, board members and volunteers.
- Strong communications skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Must possess a positive, cando attitude.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Gmail/Google Docs, and other common computer skills/software/programs and databases.
