Description
What to expect?
- You will process incoming customer orders and delivery requests and handle orders via customer portals
- You will create order confirmations
- You actively support customers in commercial and simple technical questions and work closely with the sales / shipping departments
- You coordinate appointments, track them and ensure timely delivery
- You correspond with customers in Germany and abroad
What should you bring?
- You have several years of experience in sales support and have a commercial apprenticeship
- You have SAP R/3 knowledge or similar qualifications are desirable
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, service orientation, organizational talent and flexibility
- You have a high level of commitment and enjoy working in a team
