What to expect?

  • You will process incoming customer orders and delivery requests and handle orders via customer portals
  • You will create order confirmations
  • You actively support customers in commercial and simple technical questions and work closely with the sales / shipping departments
  • You coordinate appointments, track them and ensure timely delivery
  • You correspond with customers in Germany and abroad

What should you bring?

  • You have several years of experience in sales support and have a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have SAP R/3 knowledge or similar qualifications are desirable
  • You have very good German and good English skills
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, service orientation, organizational talent and flexibility
  • You have a high level of commitment and enjoy working in a team
