An Assistant for Accounting

Your tasks:

Sorting and entering incoming invoices (accounts payable) according to the principles of proper and double bookkeeping
Archiving and double filing of incoming invoices and credit notes
Maintenance of accounts payable master data
Monitoring of collection processes
Planning of domestic and international payments
Checking incoming and outgoing payments
Identifying and reporting discrepancies in incoming payments
