Full-time positions are offered:

The Direct Care / Personal Care Assistant
will function under the direction of the nurse-in-charge in the delivery of personal patient care to the residents in Personal Care.

Plan and complete patient care assignments, assist patients with all activities of daily living
Maintain and ensure the personal rights of all patients through knowledge of and advocacy of the Patient Bill of Rights
Establish safe and accurate working habits in the delivery of individual patient care
Participate in ongoing education to extend knowledge and improve skills as required by DHS
Participate in the individual patient plan of care as part of the interdisciplinary team
Participate in the orientation of new staff members
