Client is growing Landscape Design and Construction Firm looking for an experienced seasonal project manager. This position represents the Company by interfacing and building relationships with owners, clients, designers, and subcontractors. Please visit our website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish including project planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects.

Lead the planning and implementation of project
Working with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality.
Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs; reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking.
Plan and schedule project timelines
Assisting in the preparation of change orders and coordinating receivables, collections with office administrative management team.
Present reports defining projects progress, problems, and solutions.
Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to customer on project installation issues; Gathering and analyzing customer needs and interests ; building strong business relationships and providing solutions to challenges ; Providing customers with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to all of our high-quality products and services.
Maintaining accurate daily and weekly Foreman and Superintendent Activity logs; updating production tracking reports and generating other related reports as needed.
Ensuring that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications & drawings are within budget and on schedule.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry with extensive field/build experience.
Proficient in Project Management software programs including MS Office suite
(Word and Excel)
Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Direct work experience in project management capacity
