    Job Title: MRI Technologist at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center

    New Increased Tiered Pay Rates Are As Follows:

    • Tier 1: 0-5 years of experience $45.00/hour
    • Tier 2: 5-10 years of experience $48.00/hour
    • Tier 3: 10+ years of experience $50.00/hour

    Position Summary:
    The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing complex imaging and radiology procedures at INTEGRIS Health with a focus on patient safety.

    Essential Functions:

    • Performs body imaging and diagnostic procedures on MRI
    • Assists in equipment calibration and quality control
    • Positions and transfers patients safely and efficiently
    • Assists Radiologists with procedures
    • Explains procedures to patients and provides support in all imaging modalities

    Accountability:
    Reports to the Lead CT/MRI Technologist or Operations Manager/Director.

    Required Physical Demands (Subject to Reasonable Accommodation):

    Keyboarding/Dexterity: Frequently; activity exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time

    Standing/Walking: Constantly; activity exists up to 2/3 of the time
    Strength: Heavy
    Talking: Yes
    Seeing: Yes
    Hearing: Yes

    Environmental Conditions:
    MRI Technologists may be exposed to moderate risks, including infections, radiation, and chemicals. Safety precautions are always followed.

    All applicants will be considered regardless of protected status under applicable state or federal law.

    Qualifications:

    • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
    • Current certification by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification required within 12 months of hire
    • Current CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
    • Effective communication in English (Verbal/Written)
