    Job Title: MRI Technologist

    Company: INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center

    INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, the largest not-for-profit health system in Oklahoma, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an MRI Technologist in Oklahoma City, OK.

    In this role, you'll be part of our MRI team working evenings to deliver exceptional care to our patients who trust INTEGRIS Health with their medical needs.

    Join us in our quest to become the most reliable health partner. The MRI Technologist is responsible for conducting complex imaging and radiology procedures, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals based on patient interaction levels.

    • Performs all body imaging and diagnostic MRI procedures.
    • Assists and conducts equipment calibrations and quality control.
    • Transfers patients safely and promptly.
    • Supports Radiologists in intricate procedures.
    • Explains procedures to patients and addresses inquiries.
    • Administers radiographic contrast as requested.
    • Completes initial IV setup prep for scan procedures.

    Reports to the Lead CT/MRI Technologist or Operations Manager/Director. This role may involve additional physical demands and respiratory fit test requirements. Exposure to various risks, including infections, radiation, chemicals, and bodily injury, is possible.

    All candidates will be considered regardless of any protected status as outlined by law, including disability or veteran status.

    • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
    • Must obtain Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification within 12 months of hire.
    • Current CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
    • Effective communication skills in English (Verbal/Written).
