Customer Activation Associate Marketing Manager - Parsippany, United States - Zoetis
Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration:
- Works in collaboration with the customer strategy, digital strategy, and therapeutic area teams to execute omnichannel strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize the holistic customer journey, from the veterinary health teams to the pet owner.
- Activation:
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences across channels.
- Work with the digital strategy team to map and refine key journeys, refine touchpoints and regularly gather insights (quantitative and qualitative) to improve conversions.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience of 2+ years, with a strong background in omnichannel strategy activation.
- Excellent understanding of B2B2C behavior, market trends, and endtoend commercialization execution.
- Effective communication and collaboration approach to customer activation.
- Physical Position Requirements:
- The position requires crosscollaborative meetings at corporate headquarters, as well as travel for industry conferences and customer visits.
