The Arizona Democratic Party?s (ADP) Coordinated Campaign is seeking a Regional Voter Protection Director to join our statewide program and manage our multilingual Voter Assistance Hotline.

The Regional Voter Protection Director will work within the Voter Protection Team to implement Hotline programming and voter education, ensuring ballot access for all Arizonans in 2024.

We are looking for someone with strong organizing and communication skills.


Logistics

  • Salary: $6,000/month
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Hours: This position?s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Arizona voting laws and related issues
  • Triage and prioritize questions, concerns, and issues from voter or volunteers on the Hotline to inform voter education resource creation
  • Support the daytoday management of the Voter Assistance Hotline by organizing volunteers to continually staff all lines during business hours
  • Facilitate trainings and 1:1?s for volunteers
  • Assist with the datadriven recruitment and engagement of voter protection volunteers
  • Monitor and manage Hotline operations and phone system logistics
