We are looking for a Service Processing Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time for our client, a medium-sized mechanical engineering company, located in Mendota, IL.

This is a direct hire position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling and processing of incoming requests for spare parts, repair orders, and spare part orders from customers and representatives from both domestic and international markets
  • Processing of inquiries and offers, and managing resulting orders until delivery
  • Coordination of all related tasks
  • Scheduling of repair orders and invoicing of external service assignments

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Good technical knowledge in mechanical engineering is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate within the team, as well as with customers and business partners
  • Sufficient proficiency in English, both written and spoken
