We are one of the most exciting companies in the renewable energy sector. As a leading international developer, investor, and operator of large-scale photovoltaic plants, we recently became part of a highly successful global group with a 70% stake from EDP Renováveis (EDPR), the fourth largest renewable energy operator in the world based in Madrid. We are currently working on mega-projects in the Netherlands, France, England, and Germany, making us a key driver of the green energy transition at a European level. In Germany, we are developing and implementing some of the largest projects in the country, with a minimum size of 50 hectares or 80 football fields. This puts us in a challenging and exciting segment. With a project pipeline of around 9 gigawatts (GW), including over 4 GW in Germany alone, we are one of the largest players in the photovoltaic energy transition.
