Description
DUTIES include, but are not limited to the following
- Assists in supervision of warehouse operations in the areas of Customer Pick-Up, Receiving and Shipping, ensuring superior customer service is provided
- Ensures that outgoing shipments are complete and correct
- Processes materials received
- Checks, verifies and tags materials
- Prepares samples of natural stone products by gluing small pieces on boards
- Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor/manager of department
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CA drivers license is a MUST
- Able to speak Spanish is a plus
- Having common sense is a MUST
- Ability to understand shipping and receiving procedures
- Good verbal communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Neat, wellorganized, detailoriented
- Ability to coordinate well with others
- Reliable transportation
- Focused on work
- Flexible and adaptive
- Takes ownership and responsibility of his/her job
- Acts in an ethical and truthful manner, leading by example and earning the respect and trust of coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders
