The Role
We are seeking a talented social media and content professional to join our Brand Marketing team. Someone who is
passionate about shaping programs that convey the story of Linqto, our brand, and our products to a rapidly expanding
audience. Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will be tasked with the opportunity to cultivate
strategies and maintain our social channels and act as a critical member of the team driving overall content strategy.
Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong creative communicator, and possess innate cultural intuition
who can be a trusted partner, program leader, and adviser to our teams. We're looking for a creative team player who
thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is an entrepreneurial self-starter unafraid to take calculated risks.
The Work
• On a day-to-day basis, responsible for ensuring that the Linqto brand is contributing to or leading the audience and
industry-relevant programming across our social media platforms
• You'll create a consistent drumbeat of always-on content and affinity-driving moments on our social channels
that grow our community and drive engagement whether it's liking, commenting, or sharing our content
• In partnership with our community team, maintain responsibility for generating engagement-driving initiatives
meant to increase interactions between our communities.
• The Social Media and Content Strategist will also maintain the editorial calendar and strategy for all Linqto
social channels, delivering engaging and informative content from simple education to relevant cutting-edge
industries while balancing the need to highlight key product launches and brand initiatives.
• They will work closely within the brand and larger marketing organization to ensure that our content maximizes
relevance to specific audiences and chosen platforms.
• Leverage data, human, cultural, and audience insights to develop reactive social concepts and strategic
adjustments
• Manage, develop, and distribute a variety of documentation from social briefs, strategy decks, and engagement
calendars including MS Office, Google Docs, Sprout Social, and more.
• Identify unique demographic and geographic insights for each social media platform, designing specific social
strategy tailored based on the capture and analysis of data, insights, and trends.
• Manage work streams between internal creative teams and external agencies, to deliver impactful creative and
strategy
• Develop and direct social media campaigns targeted at different and distinct audiences from the initial conception
all the way through to posting and reporting
Requirements:CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of professional social media experience in high profile, national scale brand or agency experience on
similar scale brands driving marketing and/or communications with a strong preference for an emphasis on
finance, investing, and culture.
• Skilled storyteller who can thoughtfully craft narratives, and long-view editorials, and deliver creative content across
social channels.
• Able to boil down complex concepts and deliver engaging strategies regardless of topic.
• Good track record in handling and successfully delivering on a high volume of complex projects and tasks
• Clear and concise communication style that can effectively convey complex ideas written and verbally
• Thrive by thinking creatively, with a point of view, and able to offer their unique perspective and voice

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Compensation: $100K-$120K Commensurate on experience. Salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Linqto's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
