    Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) is a minority-owned, women-owned small business.

    Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, D2DInc provides services to public-sector organizations in the areas of acquisition and procurement support, contract administration and closeout, development and administration of small business outreach programs, training, administrative support, and marketing communications materials.

    Our customers include civilian and defense federal government agencies.

    D2DInc is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support a government customer Hill AFB, Utah area. The qualified individual will be customer-focused and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Working level software-engineering servicesExecuting full lifecycle software developmentProgramming well-designed, testable, efficient codeProduce specifications and determine operational feasibilityIntegrate software components into a fully functional software systemDevelop software verification plans and quality assurance proceduresDocument and maintain software functionalityTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systemsDeploy programs and evaluate user feedbackComply with project plans and industry standardsEnsure software is updated with latest featuresQUALIFICATIONS

    BS Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 6 years of related engineering experienceOR

    BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 4 years of related engineering experienceOR


    BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 2 years of related engineering experienceSystems Engineering Experience and/or CertificationProfessional Engineering License desiredRelevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointmentJourneyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tierExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with others exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times.

    Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervisionMust be a U.S.

    CitizenMust have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
