Description
The STRATO Customer Service advises and supports our customers with approximately 75 internal and 75 external employees in order for them to use their STRATO products without restrictions and with joy, even when there are technical difficulties.
We assist our customers with contractual and technical inquiries - in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, France, and the UK.
Our goal is to provide all customers with a quick and uncomplicated solution and to help them succeed with their projects - in the first contact and without having to transfer them to another colleague.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of sales projects, strategies, and optimizations within STRATO's customer service.
Your main responsibility is to support the operational service teams in achieving their goals.You are an integral part of the company's sales strategy and drive business forward through innovative ideas, including improving coaching strategies, system connections, and reporting structure.
