Position Summary

This is a key role within our project in Siracusaville for a highly motivated individual to join our customer support team. Your main responsibilities will include providing helpdesk support, production support, billing support, and communicating with customers.

The helpdesk provides 1st and 2nd line support, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that we deliver a high-quality service in accordance with our defined SLAs. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, ensuring the correct delivery of files, and reporting any issues to relevant parties for resolution.

Please note that this is a 12-month contract position.

Job Duties

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products.
  • Provide high-quality support to our customers in line with our SLAs.
  • Support our diverse customer base in both German and English.
  • Take the lead in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues.
  • Continuously improve our helpdesk processes for better efficiency.
  • Ensure that scheduled processes run smoothly.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports as needed.
  • Assist the management team as required.
