If you are a creative, ambitious people-person with experience in the healthcare field, Paradigm Healthcare has an amazing opportunity for you We are seeking Recruitment Specialist to help build a team of motivated and talented individuals for 15 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Houston and surrounding areas.

Summary/Objective

In keeping with our organization's goals, the Recruitment Specialist is responsible communicating the company's vision to prospective employees and effectively recruiting talented, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our team.

Success in this position is measured by recruiting and onboarding talented team members to achieve exemplary care by exemplary people.


Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate the recruitment efforts with HR Directors and other personnel at long term care facilities
  • Support facility personnel in recruitment and onboarding as directed and assigned
  • Review online job postings on job boards to successfully market employment at the facilities to increase the number of qualified applicants
  • Coordinate personnel recruitment activities
  • Serve as liaison with area employment agencies, schools, and industry associations
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance and best practices to facility personnel for successful recruitment and onboarding efforts
  • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons associated with separation and incorporate findings into recruitment procedures

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


Although this is a Monday through Friday position, in the world of nursing homes, significant events can occur at any given time.

Ongoing direction and support may be necessary if systems are not properly implemented, continuously improved upon, and monitored. After hours calls may be necessary at times.


Travel
This is a hybrid position which will require remote work as well as regular in-office days each week. The employee will also be expected to travel as needed to multiple facilities and locations.


Required Education and Experience

  • College degree (degree in communications, human resources, or related field preferred)
  • 2 years or more experience in a related position in the healthcare industry

  • Effective communication skills with individuals inside and outside the company

Pay:
$48, $53,000.00 per year
