Description
The purpose of this position is to help the Shift Manager coordinate and supervise shift operations in production. The role supports and helps hold team member accountability for working safely, productively and with quality.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead, delegate, and strong computer skills. Experience leading people in a manufacturing environment is required. Attention to detail and quality oriented are other needed skills.


This night shift position works four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday working 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Shift premium for 2nd shift hours is $1.25/hour and shift premium for 3rd shift hours is $2.00/hr. Pay is based on experience.

Pay:
$ $27.40 per hour
