- Reporting to VP Sales Senior Care North America, the Sales Estimator Senior Care North America will assist in overseeing complex quotes to support the sales team and drive growth.
- Overall planning and management of estimating activities.
- Involvement in quotes for construction projects, assisting with presentations and responses to technical questions.
- Maintain an accurate bid schedule and review project documents for accurate quotes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support sales team to increase revenue and complete other assigned duties.
- Experience in new construction market and bid processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and excellent time management skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- High level of initiative and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy.
