Description

An open opportunity to join our auto body and paint collision repair center, we are a high production facility who's priority is customer service and safe auto repairs.

We are a team of 24 with a team effort mentality, whom all support one other to accomplish our goal.

Responsibilities included, but not limited, to:
Greeting customers

Assisting with insurance claim filing and follow ups

Answering and transfer phone calls

Data Input

Documentation of vehicles upon arrival, obtaining VIN, photos, creating physical files

Walk the body shop lot occasionally to capture vehicle photos

Electronic File management

Multi-task

Problem Solve

Monday - Friday 8:00-6:00'
