Job Summary:


Salary Range:
$25.00 to $28.85 per hour.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a technical role is preferred
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, oncall rotations, and occasional weekends
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems, following safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and repair or replace defective components
  • Complete work orders and service reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and ensure proper organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, up to 50lbs, and work in various environments
  • Stand, squat, bend, and climb as required to perform job duties
