    GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers.

    GenScript ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.

    In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China.

    It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals.

    In terms of viral vector service, GenScript ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.
    Overview

    ProBio, is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to oversee IT operations and contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) in the GxP change control process at our Hopewell site.

    The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and security of our IT systems while supporting the regulatory compliance initiatives of our life sciences operations.


    Key Responsibilities :

    IT Maintenance and Support:
    Oversee daily IT-related maintenance and operations at the Hopewell site, ensuring all systems function smoothly and efficiently.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, maintaining high availability and performance.
    Implement and monitor IT system security measures to protect data and network infrastructure.

    GxP Change Control Process:


    Act as an IT SME in the GxP change control process, ensuring IT systems and processes comply with regulatory standards.

    Collaborate with regulatory and compliance departments to assess the impact of changes on the IT infrastructure.
    Document all IT changes and maintain records in accordance with GxP requirements.

    Qualifications :

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

    Industry:
    Preference for candidates from the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors.

    Experience:

    At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration, with a strong background in IT operations and maintenance.

    Experience in a GxP regulated environment is highly advantageous.

    Skills:
    Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. Strong understanding of IT security best practices.

    Knowledge:

    Deep knowledge of IT system administration and familiarity with regulatory compliance and change control processes, preferably in a GxP environment.


    Language:
    Proficiency in reading, writing and prefer bilingual.
