    Description
    Genesis10 is seeking a Client Services Associate for a 3 month + contract to hire position with a financial services client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

    This position pays: $ / hr W2 based on experience. Candidates applying must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work on a W2 basis directly with Genesis10.

    Summary

    Will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account. The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, KYC, Securities Processing, Various Cash Activities, Fees, Tax, Mortgage and Loan Origination/Advances/Payments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management and Account Closings

    Responsibilities
    • Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
    • Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance
    • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications
    Requirements
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Microsoft office
    • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
