Brandeis Online is seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate and Workforce Partnerships to join our dynamic team.

The Assistant Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing relationships with current corporate partners while also identifying and fostering connections with potential new partners.

This individual will serve as a liaison between Brandeis Online and corporate entities, ensuring mutual benefit and ongoing collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment and Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Partner Nurturing (45%)- Aid in the overall implementation and recruitment strategy for corporate partnerships with Brandies GPS.- Prepare monthly research on potential corporate prospects.

Manage communications being sent to partner liaisons.

Assist with corporate partner-specific prospect communications, coordinating with the Enrollment Management Team.- Maintain an up-to-date dashboard of corporate activity which includes tracking the progression of relationships and the success of strategic initiatives.- Coordinate appropriate staffing and resourcing of corporate events such as drop-ins, online webinars, networking events, etc.

in collaboration with the Enrollment Management Team.- Manage an up-to-date calendar that includes reporting dates, GPS corporate events, board meetings and campus employer engagement opportunities.- Support the Director with strategic priority implementation and initiatives related to companies and individuals.

Under the supervision of the Director, coordinate direct outreach to partner liaisons that promotes and engages employees enrolled in GPS programs.


Advisory Boards (25%)- Maintain an active roster of all board members including profiles, contact information (as well as admin contacts) and employment information.- Coordinate board meetings including but not limited to scheduling, logistics, materials and participate in support of meeting.- Support the Director in researching new prospects and compiling prospect board member profiles.

Organize employer-focused events, such as industry-specific networking sessions, workshops, and on-site visits, to strengthen connections between the university and corporate entities.- Develop a corporate communications plan with the Director and ensure timely dissemination of interesting Brandeis news to share with partners and advisory board members.


Marketing/Corporate CRM Management (15%)- Partner with the senior associate director of enrollment marketing and other divisional staff to establish and develop corporate marketing opportunities, performing research for what would be the most cost effective and plan for various initiatives.- Write specifications to create and maintain corporate landers, flyers and materials, up-to date partner specific fact sheets and any collateral needed to support partner's marketing efforts, collaborating with the Enrollment Management Team.- Coordinate blog posts, webinars, and toolkits for partner companies.

Conduct research to determine conferences/events for GPS to sponsor/participate in for other corporate partner acquisition and advisory board member recruitment opportunities.


Project Management for Corporate Non-Credit Offerings (10% - this area to increase as the business develops)- Incrementally grow and support custom corporate non-credit offerings.

Actively research and seek out areas for opportunity and growth, collaborating with the Director and with the Director of Programs and Assessment.- Once needs have been identified, collaborate with external and internal partners in the development of the engagement, building scope documents, timelines, and status updates.

Lead as the project manager in keeping key players accountable and meeting deadlines, coordinating overall delivery from start to finish.

Administrative/Other duties (5%)- Represent Graduate Professional Studies at events and networking opportunities as determined in partnership with the Director

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development, preferably in higher education or online learning.
