- Associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Must have a valid, state-issued Drivers License and clean driving record
- A US citizen or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States

- Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is a plus

- Reliable transportation and proximity to New York City
- 6 years of security management experienced required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Respond to the client locations to verify officer, inventory and function of security devices
- Liaise with security integrators to ensure function, inventory and installation
- Work with the security integrators to replace security equipment when needed
- Conduct incident or robbery response to incidents that occur at client sites
- Liaise with the client staff on site as well as facilities management to report security and safety concerns
- Assist client with preparing security and incident reports
- Report activities in clients case management software
- Assist client with fire drills, security testing and incident management as directed by the client
