HIRING RANGE:
$ /hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associate degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience:

Thorough knowledge of current server and cloud systems, hardware, programming, and standards with ability to perform maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and performing backups:

Provide second-level support for issues escalated from the first-level support team, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems:

Thorough knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards with the ability to maintain and install various information technology hardware and software:

Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices:
