As a Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist at Granger Chevrolet, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers during the afternoon hours and providing essential administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Afternoon Front Desk Management**:


  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner during afternoon hours.
  • Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area during your shift.

2. Customer Assistance**:


  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide information about the dealership's products and services.
  • Direct customers to the proper department or personnel.

3. Administrative Support**:


  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management during your shift.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned during the afternoon shift.

4. Team Collaboration**:


  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments to ensure seamless customer interactions during your shift.
  • Communicate with coworkers to meet customer needs and dealership objectives.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
