$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Peer Specialist for the Behavioral Health Services Division at the 2 Old County Road location in Barrington, RI.
The Peer Specialist requires a Certification through the RI Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH) as a Peer Specialist and/or Wellness Coach.
The successful candidate must utilize his/her personal knowledge/experience of recovery to be a role-model for new and existing clients.
He/she will assist clients in recognizing strengths and weaknesses, provide the tools for clients to learn coping skills, role-model self-recovery, and provide coaching and mentoring with the goal of client self-sufficiency and recovery.
