The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Würzburg e.V. is the Catholic umbrella organization for social welfare in the Diocese of Würzburg. It coordinates the interests of over 900 charitable institutions with approximately employees.

We are currently seeking a Specialist for Catholic Daycare Centers (m/f/d) for our Social Services department, Department of Catholic Daycare Centers and Child Welfare, to start as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) located at our headquarters in Würzburg, serving the city and district of Aschaffenburg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting the Catholic daycare center providers in the city and district of Aschaffenburg on all questions related to the organization of the facilities
  • Advising and supporting the directors of the Catholic daycare centers on all questions related to the organization and conceptual orientation of the facilities
  • Conducting meetings with directors on specific topics
  • Representing the field at the umbrella organization level

Your profile:

  • Degree in social work and/or several years of experience as a daycare center director
  • Strong communication skills
  • Openness to economic and labor law issues
  • Independent
