To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a technically skilled and highly motivated

Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Receiving and processing customer inquiries and orders
Independently creating offers with thorough review of all content and conditions
Coordination with dispatch regarding delivery dates and product availability
Obtaining freight quotes and coordinating small quantities
Statistical analysis and creation/update of price lists
Creating customer information letters and maintaining relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones
Assisting with projects, participating in trade shows and customer events
Handling product, invoice, and customer complaints
Assisting with the creation of exportrelated documents
Covering for colleagues during vacation or sick leave in order processing and invoicing

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
Your analytical and organizational skills, as well as your independent and reliable work ethic, demonstrate your commitment and team spirit
