    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

    As a leader in the construction industry, we value individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

    Our projects consist of Commercial and Residential projects in Miami-Dade and Broward County with Clients who are end users and private developers.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
    Monitor project budgets and expenses, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial goals are met.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
    Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
    Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (4-5 yrs), with a track record of successful project delivery.
    Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with construction industry regulations and best practices.


    Desired Qualifications:
    Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
    Previous experience working with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
    Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse work environments.
