- Maintain professional licenses of the company and our employee license holders across the United States
- Track and calendar new and renewal licensing applications
- Managing annual and quarterly audits for licenses and professional credentials
- Assist with contract administration and tracking
- Track and approve municipal invoices for professional licenses, registrations, and other fees
- Assist with special projects for the Legal & Compliance team
- Effectively communicating compliance requirements and expectations to stakeholders across the organization
- Building a culture of compliance within the organization, where compliance is seen as everyone's responsibility
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement in an ever-evolving compliance environment
- Demonstrate ability to manage documents, track deadlines, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's Degree required
