Fairview is currently seeking a Sustainability/Energy Consulting Consultant (m/f/d) for our Karlsruhe and Pforzheim locations. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment.


Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive advice on sustainable energy and climate protection concepts, participating in strategic sustainability consulting for companies, and contributing to Net Zero projects at the portfolio level in the real estate sector.

You will also be responsible for developing decarbonization strategies for residential and non-residential buildings, creating individual renovation plans (iSFP), and developing approaches for ESG and decarbonization strategies with recommendations for action.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating result presentations regarding requirements and implementation options for energy-saving measures.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in engineering or a similar field such as construction/environmental engineering, energy/building technology, or a related field.

A qualification and registration with BAFA/dena as an energy consultant and listing as an energy efficiency expert would be advantageous.

Strong project management skills and customer interaction experience are also desired, as well as knowledge in data validation and an analytical approach to improving business operations.

Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit are also important.
