Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring product output and quality, as well as performance, discipline, and service in your own area of responsibility
  • Managing employees and ensuring process flow
  • Responsibility for workplace safety, cleanliness, order, and compliance with company rules in the process
  • Authority to make decisions in case of process disruptions
  • Developing goals for your own process section/area of responsibility and communicating them to employees
  • Personnel planning, conducting staffing and task distribution, and monitoring them
  • Training and providing technical guidance to employees, including conducting employee meetings

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in metalworking or a comparable field
  • Further training as a technician or equivalent desired
  • Several years of experience in metal processing preferred
  • Leadership experience desired
  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications, SAP desired
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • High level of flexibility (working in a threeshift system)
  • Conscientious and careful work ethic
  • Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
  • Good communication skills
