    Job DescriptionSalary: $16.00-$20.00

    Hampton Inn of Selma, is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Agent. Our ideal candidate will be engaged, authentic, and dedicated to making the Hampton Inn "best in class" hotel

    Responsibilities:

    • Exceed Guest Expectations by: Providing a warm welcome Making the visit memorable Own it
    • Acting as an Ambassador to guests
    • Deliver Quality Everyday Communicate with a Smile
    • Project a hospitable Demeanor Demonstrate teamwork Keep it clean and safe
    • Attempting to resolve complaints immediately
    • Follow proper cash / check / credit card/ AR control procedures
    • Follow SOPs for registering guests
    • Follow requests by Sales Department for up-selling, marketing packages

    Requirements:

    • Professional and ethical
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Quick learner and hard worker
    • Team players and ability to get along with others.
    • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
    • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning/inspection tasks.
