Right at Home Peninsula is seeking a full time Admin Manager to join our Team

We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for a talented admin manager who can work in a fast paced environment; who has exceptional skills in payroll, Quickbooks, and general admin support


We offer a competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential as well as training and development opportunities.

Annual Pay:
$25-27/hour with $5000 potential incentive package

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Quick

Books Expertise:
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, reporting, and management.

  • General Admin Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding senior care.

What you'll bring (as a fantastic Admin Manager):

  • Proven experience in payroll management and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
