We want to continue the outstanding growth of 2023 and multiply our revenue in 2024.

To take our outbound SDR team to the next level and spread our vision further, we are looking for you as
Team Lead Sales Development (all genders) for our second SDR team.


In this role, you will:
- actively discover new leads for us, inspire them with our mission, and collect all relevant information for further support by our account executives in direct customer contact
- further develop and shape our state-of-the-art sales measures such as mail automation, performance campaigns, and outbound actions in cooperation with our team
- lead our second outbound SDR team and develop them both professionally and personally through suitable coaching
- develop and implement sales strategies in cooperation with our sales management and your team leads to enable the team to achieve ambitious goals
- work closely with our sales management, your team leads, and our other Foodji teams (including marketing, account management, operations)
- continuously evaluate and monitor goal achievement based on various sales metrics
