Who are we looking for:


We are currently seeking a
2nd level customer service representative (m/f/d) for lease contract processing for a well-known bank located in Jennings, FL.


Requirements:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, professional experience and basic knowledge in the field of car leasing contracts or in telephone customer service
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of customer service orientation
  • Friendliness and ability to work in a team

The job:


  • Processing daily business processes via email, telephone, and Salesforce
  • Processing endoflease processes with commercial customers, car dealerships, and manufacturers
  • Handling early contract terminations (e.g. in case of early repayment, accidents, or theft of the vehicle)
  • Processing service contracts and providing financing proposals
  • Maintenance and recording of customer master data
  • Monitoring deadlines and controlling lists
