Job Description:

As the Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of directing and managing geotechnical engineering endeavours for high-profile transportation, residential, and commercial projects in North America.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring flawless project delivery, fostering innovation, and providing expert guidance to our esteemed clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead and supervise geotechnical engineering projects, covering site characterisation, foundation design, and risk assessment for transportation, residential, and commercial facilities.

Technical Excellence:
Provide expert technical guidance, ensuring geotechnical solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Collaborative Ingenuity:
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, including civil engineers, environmental consultants, and project managers.

Project Management Mastery:
Effectively manage project budgets, time lines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Educational Prowess:
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. PhD is a plus but not required

Professional Credentials:
Hold a Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain one promptly.

Seasoned Experience:
A minimum of 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a focus on transportation, residential, and commercial projects.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex geotechnical projects.

Technical Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of soil mechanics, geotechnical analysis, and foundation design.

Project Management Finesse:
