We have an exciting opportunity to join a winning team of competitive sales consultants in our Southern California areas.

As a sales consultant you will be joining a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners


We are looking for talented sales consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience.


As a sales consultant we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.


LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:

We offer 2 weeks of training to ensure your success Our sales Managers will coach you to build the skills and confidence you need to get the results you strive for.

Our program starts with in-class training, during which you learn step by step how to sell the products we provide
(Heating & Air Conditioning, Windows & Doors, Roofing Systems, Exterior Coating etc.)

COMPENSATION:

Commission based compensation after training and a realistic earning potential of $125,000 - $330,000 annually within your first year.

Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate.


LEAD GENERATION:
Appointments are 100% generated in house and you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments.

We have an incredible marketing engine that works to bring in the appointments through traditional and non-traditional forms of marketing.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably B2C or in-home experience

Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet customers as their schedules allow.

No overnights required and travel is generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance from Orange County

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record positions.

$150, $330,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 100% travel
