Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Concessions and Catering staff, including assisting the Director of Operations with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventories and oversee acurate deliveries to our satelite locations from our Romeoville warehouse.
• Implement and maintain food safety protocols and procedures
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency
• Utilize programs such as Toast and Sling
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Perform duties as a Site Supervisor as needed

Experience:

• Proven experience in team management
• Familiarity with Concessions and/or Food Service
• Strong background in process improvement and understanding logistics
• Ability to perform with a wide variety of staff and supervisors at various locations
• Experience with fast paced production preferred
• Strong understanding of Cost Controls
• Calm Demeanor and Leadership Skills Required
• Willing to travel within the Satelite locations utilizing a company truck and/or personal vehicle

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Romeoville, IL 60446: Relocate before starting work (required)
