Description
Duties:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and general ledger accounting
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with financial guidelines
- Stay updated on financial concepts, GAAP regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, financial assistant or similar role
- Proficient in balance sheet reconciliation financial concepts, account analysis, debits/credits, GAAP regulations, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
