Description

Duties:


  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and general ledger accounting
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with financial guidelines
  • Stay updated on financial concepts, GAAP regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, financial assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in balance sheet reconciliation financial concepts, account analysis, debits/credits, GAAP regulations, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
