We are a medium-sized company in the field of environmental and water protection, with headquarters in Donaueschingen. We employ 500 employees throughout Europe and have an annual turnover of 110 million euros.

At eight locations, we produce and distribute innovative system solutions for rainwater management, separators, sewage treatment plants, pump and plant technology, as well as renewable energies.

For our factory in Coswig (Anhalt), we are currently looking for a Head of Service and Services in the internal department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading the assembly and service team, scheduling maintenance and service assignments, processing inquiries, quotes and orders in the service and services department, and assigning service and service contracts to external service providers.

You will also be responsible for advising customers on malfunctions in our systems and handling complaints.

Your profile should include a technical education as a skilled businessman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) with commercial knowledge, proficiency in common IT systems, and preferably SAP knowledge.
