    Summary:
    The Certified Technician plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacists by reviewing, compounding, and dispensing medications under supervision. This role is eligible for the Pharmacy Technician Incentive Program, offering $5000 in incentives over two years, with payments at six months, one year, and two years of employment.

    Responsibilities:
    - Compounding and preparing various medications
    - Delivering medications and managing returns
    - Documenting pharmaceutical activities accurately
    - Assisting customers with pharmacy services
    - Operating dispensing technology
    - Managing inventory and training new employees
    - Contributing to process improvement projects
    - Ensuring regulatory compliance in medication storage areas

    Requirements:
    Education:
    - High school diploma or GED, completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred
    Licensure/Certification:
    - Registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy unless in a PharmD program
    - CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA unless in a PharmD program
    Experience:
    - Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred
